We previously asked that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your service start time to get settled, have a beverage and prepare to relax both your body, mind and soul. NOW however, we ask you to wait in your car on our exterior lounge chairs and ONLY enter at your appointment time. Please note, no one is to accompany you to your appointment. If your bringing a child however, we kindly ask you to wait outside after the consultation period. Thank you. Children under 10 are welcome to visit exhālō on our "Family Day" Sundays.
We normally offer a selection of complimentary herbal teas, Colombian coffee, hot chocolate, natural fruit flavoured spring waters and ESKA sparkling lemon water for our guests. This is subject to change based on Public Health regulations surrounding Covid-19 however. Please inquire with your service provider, and thanks for your understanding.
We also offer a selection of alcoholic beverages for an additional fee, these include Sparkling LOLA, Red & White Wine, and locally-made Flying Canoe Hard Cider & Local Lager. All glassware used is sanitized by 190 degree high heat within our commercial grade dishwasher for your safety. Simply exhale, we've got you.
In the rare event, you should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly provide 24 hours notice so that we may open the space to other clients. Please respect that as we require this 24 hours for cancellations, those done with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% charge on your account. No Shows will be charged in full.
All group bookings require a Credit Card to reserve appointments.

We accept CASH, DEBIT, VISA & MASTERCARD. At this time, we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
